How we knit it

We knit these crew socks from combed cotton yarn to sit smooth inside dress shoes and leather loafers. The ribbing runs the length of the shaft to keep each pair up through the workday, while the footbed stays flat and unpadded. Six pairs arrive in a mix of black, dark gray, light gray, and navy.

What is in the knit

Ribbed shaft and cuff

A clean vertical rib runs from the top band down to the ankle. The cuff holds the calf without leaving heavy marks at the end of the day, keeping the profile smooth under suit trousers.

Combed cotton yarn

We use combed cotton blended with fine elastic threads for a soft, light hand. The knit lets air move freely around the foot and resists surface pilling through repeated wear in leather shoes.

Flat toe seam

The toe is linked flat to eliminate ridge pressure against the front of dress shoes. Reinforced yarn through the heel cup and toe box adds durability where stiff leather rubs most.

Six pair neutral box

Each box contains six pairs split between black, dark gray, light gray, and navy. Machine wash warm with like colors and tumble dry low to maintain the elasticity and depth of color.
