The road a pair takes
A box leaves our machines, goes into the retail partner stock, and travels to you from there. We know the first half of that road well and the second half not at all.
Our half of the road
We knit, we sort by height and weight, we pack pairs into boxes and we send those boxes on to the partner in bulk. That is where our hands leave the product.
Their half of the road
Everything after the box reaches their stock belongs to the retail partner: what it costs on the day, whether it is on a shelf, when it is picked, how it is packed, which carrier takes it and how long it spends in transit.
Those terms are set on their side and can change without anything changing here. That is why this page carries no timetable and no rates. Any number we printed would be a guess, and a guess about a parcel is worse than nothing.
Where to look instead
- The box page at the partner states the current dispatch terms for that box.
- Their checkout states the carrier options open to your address.
- Their account page carries the order and the tracking once it moves.
We cannot look any of that up on your behalf. If a parcel has gone quiet, the partner support desk is the only door that opens.
