Questions about the knit reach us directly. Questions about a parcel do not, and it is worth knowing which is which before you write.
Where to write
Email is the only channel we watch: [email protected]. Letters reach the people who set up the machines, and answers usually come back within two working days.
Paper post goes to 300 North Greene Street, Suite 1400, Greensboro, NC 27401. That is a desk and a mail slot, not a shop: there is nothing to try on there, and a box sent back to that address never reaches the retail partner who has to receive it.
Worth asking us
- Which height suits the shoe you actually wear.
- How thick a given knit runs compared with another box.
- What the silicone on a studio sole does and how to wash it.
- How many pairs are in a box and how the colourways differ.
- Anything wrong or unclear on a page here.
Not ours to answer
Order status, payment, the parcel and returns all sit with the retail partner whose page the box button opens. We have no window into their system at all, so writing to us about an order only costs you a day.
Their own account pages carry the order and the tracking. Start there and you will get an answer straight away.
